What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
- Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant performance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
