About the Role

We’re seeking a BCBA Clinical Director in the Little Rock area to help lead our clinical operations, support a high standard of care, and grow our presence across local communities. You'll help build caseloads at a sustainable pace, mentor team members, and play a big part in creating a culture that feels less like a job, and more like a family.

You'll start on a part-time hourly basis and grow into a full-time leadership role as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical programming and ensure quality care

  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans

  • Supervise RBTs and new BCBAs

  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring, scheduling, and service delivery

  • Represent our values and mission in the community

  • Bring compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence to your work every day

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Eligible to practice in Arkansas

  • Genuine love for working with kids and families

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Motivation to grow something from the ground up

  • Experience as a Clinical Director or Lead BCBA is a plusbut not required
