About the Role
We’re seeking a BCBA Clinical Director in the Little Rock area to help lead our clinical operations, support a high standard of care, and grow our presence across local communities. You'll help build caseloads at a sustainable pace, mentor team members, and play a big part in creating a culture that feels less like a job, and more like a family.
You'll start on a part-time hourly basis and grow into a full-time leadership role as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical programming and ensure quality care
Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and new BCBAs
Collaborate with leadership on hiring, scheduling, and service delivery
Represent our values and mission in the community
Bring compassion, accountability, and clinical excellence to your work every day
What We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Eligible to practice in Arkansas
Genuine love for working with kids and families
Strong communication and leadership skills
Motivation to grow something from the ground up
Experience as a Clinical Director or Lead BCBA is a plusbut not required
