Sales Operations Support Specialist - Evenings & Weekends

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Sales Operations Support Specialist to provide critical support to our sales representatives and operations teams. This role plays a key part in facilitating contract and design processes, ensuring timely communication, and delivering excellent internal customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities efficiently, and communicates effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls to the Sales Operations department.
• Support field sales representatives by assisting with contract and design adjustments in real-time.
• Process urgent or expedited requests from sales representatives with accuracy and speed.
• Generate and manage contracts, designs, and change orders according to established procedures.
• Coordinate the intake and fulfillment of all contract, design, and change order requests.
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emails and internal communication platforms.
• Monitor and respond to Sales Operations chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist other Sales Operations units as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of administrative, sales support, or operations experience (solar or construction industry a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM or contract management systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and remain composed under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing high-level support across departments.
