As the Operations Director of Mobile On Site Mammography, reporting to the VP of Operations, you will be responsible for organizational oversight and development of the operational and mammography imaging functions performed.This role requires licensure in Mammography in the state of Arizona, or eligibility to obtain necessary licenses toensure compliance with industry standards and expertise in delivering high-quality mammography services. You will provide managerial oversight of the clinical, financial and operational functions of a diverse staff, including health services professionals, paraprofessionals, administrative personnel, fleet mangers,drivers and mechanics. The role promotes a positive public image, facilitates effective and efficient internal and external customer interfaces, and ensures staff development through logically developed goals, objectives, and strategic plans. Demonstrates expertise in mammography practices, concepts, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, leads and directs the work of others, and exercises a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to mammography services and departmental responsibilities, with a focus on maintaining mammography certification standards.
- Manages all operations and mammography operation staff, including hiring and terminations, ensuring alignment with certification requirements and quality standards.
- Knowledge of ACR and MQSA standards.
- Ensures staff perform in accordance with the company mission of providing excellent and compassionate care, particularly in mammography services.
- Ensures proper training of staff in customer service, compliance, and mammography-specific protocols.
- Ensures proper scheduling of technical staff to meet mammography service demands.
- Oversees proper supply ordering for mammography operations.
- Meets budget parameters, including monthly or more frequent calls with senior management.
- Conducts daily calls and weekly formal budget calls, or more frequent, with marketing staff to promote mammography services.
- Maintains compliance with mammography certification and regulatory requirements.
- All other duties assigned.

- Requires certification in Mammography (e.g., ARRT Mammography Certification or equivalent).
- Requires 5 years of management experience in the medical field, with a preference for experience in mammography or radiology.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department.
