Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel RN - PCU Cardiac/Intermediate Care - Tower 2
Shift: Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12x3, 36 hrs/week
Length:13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement 4 weekend days per month
Holiday Requirement 3/5 holidays
Requirements:
- AZ license
- 2 Years Experience
- Must have PCU/Stepdown/Tele Experience on this unit
- Travelers must have experience with all drips below
- AHA or APEX -ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
- Prefer experience with TAVR and CABG (core staff usually take)
Other Details:
- Charting System:Charting System
- No first time travelers
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients CHF, NSTEMI, MI, heart block, pacer, TAVR, CABG day 2, recovers cath pts after sheath is pulled, Watchman, bradycardia, VT, general PCU overflow: respiratory failure, low BPs, low hemoglobin,sepsis, post surgical, etc.
- Nurse patient ratios: days | 1:4 nights | 1:5
- # of Beds 36
- Floating Requirements ICU within patient population, and MS floors
- Radius Rule: 100 miles
