Structure & Location:Fully on-site with limited opportunities to work remotely (~45 minutes north of Charlotte, NC)
Compensation: OTE include $90,000 - $110,000 base plus 20% performance bonus
Overview:Our client is a long-term holding company investing in the acquisition of swimming pool companies across the United States and has acquired multiple businesses across the country with additional targets in the pipeline.
On behalf of our client, we are currently evaluating talent for a General Manager to lead and oversee operations at their location in Northwest Indiana and Charlotte, NC.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Manager will drive strategic direction, oversee day-to-day operations, and manage a team of department leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong P&L experience, a growth mindset, and a track record of leading through change and complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape and execute business strategy
- Oversee sales, operations, facilities, and asset management across the organization
- Lead and develop a team of department heads, ensuring alignment and accountability
- Monitor market trends to guide innovation, new product lines, and expansion efforts
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive long-term success
- Recommend and execute hiring, compensation, and other decisions related to conditions of employment in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and ethical leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
- 7+ years of senior management experience, preferably in service or construction industries
- Proven success overseeing P&L across multiple departments or business units
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop employees
- Valid driver’s license
