Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Acute Rehab Med Surg - Required
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Every other weekend
Holidays required if needed
On-Call Requirement: None
Must not work in conjunction with another perm placement or travel assignment.
No schedule accommodation requests (block scheduling, etc.)
An RN in an acute rehabilitation setting with medical-surgical experience.
Provides specialized care to patients recovering from illnesses or injuries, with a focus on regaining independence and functional abilities. This role involves a combination of acute care skills and rehabilitation-specific expertise
May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
Average daily patient census: 22

This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement
Block scheduling will not be considered for this need.
Required:
2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
Charge RN Experience
5 days maximum time off
2 references from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required
