Facility Maintenance Repair III – Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Maintenance Repair III to join our team at our Baton Rouge facility. This role is responsible for performing maintenance on a variety of equipment, with a guaranteed 40-hour work week and the potential for overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize health and safety by consistently following all safety policies and procedures
- Perform maintenance activities including pump rebuilds, preventative maintenance, and basic pipe installations
- Conduct basic repairs and maintenance in pipe fitting and mechanical systems
- Operate a forklift when required and properly trained
- Ensure all work complies with applicable health and safety procedures and facility compliance standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by management in support of Clean Harbors operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience
- Welding and electrical experience are a plus, but not required
