Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Extremely detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Exercise creative thinking and ideation to advance business performance
Demonstrated experience with managed IT services contracts
Experience with Government Contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulations, to include understanding Statements of Work, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract
Modifications, Request for Equitable Adjustments, contract scope, and negotiations
Demonstrated ability to run Business Operations for large multi-year programs to include management of financial levers, risk management, and ability to lead sound business decisions
Financial modeling skills for highly complex solutions to include pricing strategies and options
Vendor relationship management and procurement oversight
Works with IT Refresh Management and Logistics to ensure equipment availability aligns with monthly schedules
Collaboration with all program leadership to ensure successful service delivery of products and services
MinimumQualifications:
Minimum of High School and 10 years of Business Management experience or bachelor’s degree and 6 years of Business Management experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Tool Suite, especially MS Excel
Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
Experience in ITSM Ticketing Methodology and ServiceNow Tools
