Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.
Med Surg DRMU (Diabetic Renal Unit) - Required
One assignment only, no renewals
Orientations are every other week on Mondays
Weekend: 2/3 Weekends per month based on unit need
IVS to Offer with limited RTO
6/2 & 6/16 start only
Teaching hospital/ Charge experience - Preferred
All RTO must be in packet at time of submission
Centra is a teaching hospital and you will work and encounter students and new hires often. We expect all team members, including travelers, to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires.
7 days maximum time off
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission
