What You'll Be Doing
Oversee daily operations of the rock quarry in Bridgeport, Texas to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Achieve a production volume of 3.8 million tons per year while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize production and meet quality standards.
Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Lead and develop a team to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Five years of aggregates operations management experience.
Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations.
Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams.
Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Competitive base salary $84,730-$112,970 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
