POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assists with completing timecard approvals and employee record keeping via ADP.
- Communicates professionally with employees needing guidance on ADP functions.
- Audits employee time keeping ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintains records of employee documents and works with other departments to ensure timely follow-up.
- Assists with creating reports via ADP to track various employee trends.
- Assists supervision with administrative/clerical tasks.Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Executive Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and lamination machines
- Computer-literate with proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, etc.)
- AA or bachelor's degree preferred (Prior to employment, degree verification must be provided)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance
- Pro-Act, CPI and/or CPR certification helpful
- Working knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
- Computer-literate; knowledge of standard company software applications, internet
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Problem-solving ability and proven accuracy with detailed information
- Proficient written and verbal English language communication skills, including business writing and professional telephone manner
- Reliability, dependability and flexibility
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Occasional exposure to dust, pollen and fumes
- Requires frequent reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, running, carrying and lifting 50 or more lbs.
- Must be able to see and hear within normal range with or without correction.
- The noise intensity level is moderate to high
