Experience:
• 24 months of role experience is preferred from last 3 months.
• 36 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience is required from last 3 months.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Schedule: Mainly Monday-Friday, variable days. No block scheduling.
Holidays required.
Call Requirements: 1 night a week and 1-2 weekends every eight weeks. 8-10 call shifts per month. Must respond within 30 minutes.
Must be open to floating.
Patient Population: Lab includes congenital patients across all ages from neonates to adults.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with STEMI patients. PEDS and adult experience required.
- Must have procedural Cath Lab and conscious sedation experience.
Skills Needed: Proficiency in PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), Impella, IABP (Intra-aortic Balloon Pump), Interventional Cardiology, and management of Heart Failure patients.
Must have the ability to place peripheral IV and manage PICC and Port Cath for IV access.
**No RTO the first 2 weeks of any NEW Assignment**
Maximum days off: 8 days
2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
