Experience:
• 60 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
• 60 months of Telemetry Float Pool experience is required from last 4 years.
• Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a West Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:
Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.
Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.
If candidate worked a perm facility in the last 12 months, 1 reference must be from perm facility.
LPNs only: Must have previously worked on at least (1) a travel assignment with Trusted and have a reference from that assignment
Roles requiring a state licensure only: Cannot have any licensure hits

Guaranteed Hours: 36
Would only float to ED or CCU if within their skillset.
Patient Ratios: Patient ratios vary depending on the unit:
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Nstemi, Pneumonia, Sepsis, Diabetes, Heart Disease. Diverticulitis, and more
Prefer someone with 1 year of ICU experience or 1 year of ED experience
Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin
Typical Job Duties: ADLS, vitals, bathing, toileting, feeding, repositioning, answering call lights, blood sugars
Self Scheduling - 3 12 hours shifts/Week
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirements: May be asked to go in the Holiday Rotation, Split between Group A and Group B

Scrub Color/Dress Code: Navy Blue
1 day of orientation and 1 day with a preceptor.
