Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Manages the general ledger and financial reporting aspects of LifeBridge Medical Group as well as, manages the consolidation of all LifeBridge entities for financial reporting purposes. Develops procedures, systems and controls to ensure accurate recording of financial results and the safeguarding of LifeBridge Medical Group's assets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develops and manages the annual budget. Coordinates and supervises the reconciliation process of cash, investments, accounts receivable/accounts payable, fixed assets, intercompany receivables/payables, etc. Reviews data collection systems and recommends changes to procedures as needed. Controls the addition/change/deletion of general ledger accounts and cost centers to the general ledger. Maintains relationship with the accounts payable function and ensures that LifeBridge Health policies are followed, proper approvals and support exist for disbursements. Completes financial analyses and special projects as requested. Compiles financial reports on a recurring and ad hoc basis..
REQUIREMENT:Experience: Required: * 3-5 years Education: Required: * Bachelor's Degree.
