Your Role & Responsibilities:
Provide direct ABA therapywhile shaping regional clinical standards
Supervise and mentorBCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure exceptional service delivery
Develop ABA curriculumand individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to client success
Lead ABA therapy operationsin Albuquerque and surrounding areas
Ensure compliancewith state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Monitor performance, provide guidance, and foster professional growthwithin the team
Analyze data and prepare reports, collaborating with parents and case managers to optimize care
Leverage Central Reach to streamline clinical operations, manage documentation, and track client progress efficiently
Provide clinical supervisionto BCBA candidates and junior staff
Engage in community outreach, advocating for ABA services and representing Up and Up ABA
What You Bring:
Active BCBA certification(Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!)
Proven experience in ABA therapywith a track record of leadership
Expertise in clinical operations, mentorship, and community-based education
Strong communication and leadership skillsto drive growth and impact
Proficiency in Central Reach, ensuring efficient case management and service delivery
A passion for empowering individuals with autismthrough exceptional care
Location & Work Setting:
Must relocate to New Mexico before starting
