What you’ll do:

As aNetwork Coordinator, Population Health, you will provide project management and administrative support to AdvantagePoint Health Alliance, LifePoint Health’s Federal Trade Commission (FTC) compliant clinically integrated networks.

Responsibilities:

  • Use organizational skills to facilitate the effectiveness of the HSC Pop Health and local network teams.
  • Create and maintain distribution lists, establish and manage logical document retention system, and provide enterprise and market-specific administrative support.
  • Provide meeting support including scheduling, agenda development, content copy editing, minute taking, and follow up item distribution and tracking.
  • Coordinate development and dissemination of network marketing and communication collateral, ensuring consistency in design and branding.
  • Lead and project manage the drafting and publishing of the quarterly network newsletters.
  • Manage legal workflow for all network-related documents, including network participation agreements and governance documents, Board minutes, and vendor contracts.
  • Regular and reliable attendance and willingness to perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience:3-5 years with relevant experience supporting complex projects and/or teams preferred.
  • Travel: Limited overnight travel (0 to 5%) by land and/or air.
