Overview:
Responsible for providing comprehensive work place medical and/or wellness services, which may include patient triage/evaluation/referral into the health care system, phlebotomy, immunization administration, BLS instruction, hearing testing and other testing/duties as company-specific/contracted needs arise per OSHA guidelines. May require supervision of HRA team members as well as oversight and implementation of program-specific policy and procedures. Requires ongoing up to date knowledge of OSHA guidelines, workmans Compensation laws and FMLA guidelines. Wellness and medical background and skills essential.
Qualifications:
- Education: Registered Nurse (*may be LPN on Company request).
- Licensure: Registered Nurse license*
- Experience: Minimum three years clinical experience.
- Certifications: Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within their probation period.
