Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
• Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Float to all inpatient unitsas needed
Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday
Unit Information: MAP Unit – Medical and Pediatrics (Medical and Pediatrics – travelers do not take Peds patients). The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated:Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain)
- Gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal.

1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference type) - required for submission
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
