Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and update programs based on client needs
• Supervise RBTs and guide implementation
• Collaborate with families and other providers
• Maintain high clinical and ethical standards
Position Details:
• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 20–30 billable hours per week
• Salary: $95,000–$125,000/year
• Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21228 and surrounding areas
Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification and active Maryland LBA license
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field
• Proven experience supervising RBTs and overseeing ABA programs
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to client success
• Excellent communication and time management skills
