We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are driven to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. If you have a commitment to high-quality care and enjoy collaborating with a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of customized treatment plans.
- Provide parent training to equip families with strategies to foster their child’s success.
- Supervise and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Track and evaluate client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Manage necessary documentation for insurance purposes.
- Understand and adhere to HIPAA privacy standards.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
