Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Performs routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Position is on the evening shift but trainingis on the day shift (up to a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

HS Diiploma/GED preferred
1 to 3 years of commercial/hospital maintenance experience
On call rotation (weekends included in on call rotation) Every 5 to 6 weeks when fully staffed. Must be available for unexpected emergenices
Holiday rotation (at least one holiday per year)
Position is on the evening shift but trainingis on the day shift (up to a month)
MD driver's license and good driving record preferred
