The Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) at Akron General in Ohio is a 24/7 facility where specialty Physicians diagnose and treat epilepsy. As an RN on this team, you will assist these professionals and fellow nursing staff in caring for patients of all ages. Your work will focus on performing routine and intermediate Polysomnographic and Electroencephalographic tests and assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care plans. This unit offers a welcoming and supportive environment where you can grow as a healthcare provider and make a difference in your community.
A caregiver in this position works nights, 7:00pm-7:30am

Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
