How youll contribute
A Case Manager (RN) who excels in this role:
‚· Responsible for overall management of the care coordination of observation/inpatients in collaboration with the care team.
‚· Also responsible for appropriateness of care and resource utilization, as well as, continued stay reviews
‚· Responsible for providing education as an adjunct to care team, particularly in regards to chronic disease management.

‚· Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
