- This is an application for ongoing consideration for multiple in-person opportunities, including but not limited to: Customer Specialists, Business Development, New & Used Car Sales, etc.
- Start date: ASAP
- Location: Opportunities will be in Wichita, KS.
- Compensation: Starting base at $17/hr - $20/hr depending on the role, plusincentive opportunities and competitive benefits.
- AverageOTE are $50,000+ first year for entry level roles
- Manager level roles OTE are $100,000+ DOE

Responsibilities can include:
- Guide customers through the sales process by providing product information, answering questions, and offering solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build rapport with potential buyers through in-person interactions, follow-up calls, and digital outreach.
- Track customer interactions and sales progress using internal systems and CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to overall team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service or delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or service-oriented role (automotive experience a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and navigating sales systems
- Goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
