We are searching for a dedicatedPart-Time Physical Therapist Assistantto join our team in our Dunnellon, FL clinic location. The right candidate for the job will be able to apply expert clinical skills to meet our patients' needs with empathy and understanding. The PTA will work closely and under the direction of the physical therapist to assist our patients to improve their quality of life through prescribed one-on-one exercise, hands-on care, and patient education.

Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising Physical Therapist, ensuring proper execution of therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities
- Provide hands-on patient care including therapeutic exercise instruction, functional training, and mobility assistance
- Monitor patients during treatment sessions and document progress accurately in the electronic medical record system
- Communicate changes in patient status, concerns, or significant improvements to the supervising Physical Therapist
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current Florida PTA license in good standing
- CPR certification
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence in patient care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required
