POSITION SUMMARY: Conducts long term group therapy (Intensive Outpatient Program, Partial Hospitalization Program, and Traditional Outpatient Program), individual therapy, and family therapy as needed. Conduct diagnostic assessments for placement in the program. Provide services as a member of the multidisciplinary team and as directed by the attending physician, the Clinical Supervisor and the development of the patient's treatment plan. Offer safe discharge and/or next steps for those graduating or not able to participate in treatment.
