DISTRIBUTION TECH TEAM LEADER

JOB SUMMARY

Distribution Tech Team Lead is responsible for the replenishment of all supply carts, nurse-servers and clinical areas with supplies, efficiently, accurately, and punctually. Lead is responsible for inspecting completed work assignments, problem solving, critical thinking, and assists other associates as necessary in response to directions as provided.

REQUIREMENTS

• Preferred High School Diploma

• Preferred Associate's Degree Management courses preferred

• Less than 2 years Previous experience managing supplies in a Hospital setting is preferred. Required

• Less than 2 years Experience leading a team or group of individuals Required

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Ability to perform simple math calculations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
