Our client, a leading provider in the Engineering sector, is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various key client programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Engineering Project Manager

Location: Salem, OR

Pay Range: $30 - $50/hr DOE plus benefits

What's the Job

  • Collaborates with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class customer experience and successful on-time delivery of customer projects.
  • Develops project plans and schedules, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
  • Nurtures relationships with strong trust and rapport across internal team members, customer project stakeholders, and third-party contractors/vendors.
  • Drives and tracks project success and improvements via key metrics, dashboards, and performance indicators.
  • Manages multiple ongoing projects simultaneously from point of sale acceptance through delivery and installation at customer site to successful invoicing at project completion.

What's Needed

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant field plus 1+ year of Project Management experience and 2+ years in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support role.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience in lieu of a degree.
  • CAPM, PMP / PRINCE II certification desired.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Oracle.
  • Strong organizational, time management, project management, and analytical skills.
