Location: Greater Cincinnati Area (Hamilton and Butler Counties)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Director of Nursing (DON) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
Complete Start of Care (SOC) assessments, recertifications, and supervisory visits.
Conduct weekly visits to patients.
Perform in-office duties for 5 hours per week, including Q&A sessions and paperwork.
Strong focus on patient care and ensuring quality services.
Knowledge of Axxess software is a plus (training available if necessary).
Job Requirements:
Valid RN license.
Experience in home health care and supervisory roles is preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
Must have reliable transportation for home visits.
Compensation:
DON/RN:
Office Work: $45 per hour for 5 hours/week.
New Start of Care: $80 per case.
Mileage reimbursement: 50 cents per mile for RN visits.
- Any visits at the $50 per visit rate
- 10 hours per week - $45
- Sign on bonus of $1500 after 90 days
We service the greater Cincinnati area, including Hamilton and Butler counties.
