Position Summary Providing nursing services for Partial Hospitalization Program clients including:
- Providing support to Nurse Practitioner
- Vitals
- Nursing Assessment
- Suicide Risk Assessment
- Medication Coordination with Pharmacies
- Coordination of Care with Medical Providers
- Education Groups
Qualifications EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
EXPERIENCE: Two years as Registered Nurse with one-year acute psychiatric experience preferred.
