Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various areas of HR including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations. You’ll work closely with professionals who are passionate about supporting people and building a strong workplace culture.

Main Accountabilities

• Assist with full-cycle recruiting efforts: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

• Support onboarding processes including preparing new hire materials and conducting orientations

• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

• Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, recognition programs, and training sessions

• Assist with tracking intern and employee performance data and compiling HR metrics

• Participate in policy reviews, audits, and compliance projects

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

• Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources

• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
