We're seeking an experienced sales business development support leader to drive business development initiatives focused on accelerating recognized revenue through on-contract growth for the JWCC program. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of technical solutions and business development, collaborating with internal stakeholders and customer teams to identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities within existing JWCC task orders to deliver outcomes for customer.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead technical business development strategies to maximize on-contract growth opportunities within JWCC task orders
• Partner with account teams to identify and qualify expansion opportunities within existing customer workloads
• Develop and maintain relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders across DoD and Intelligence Community
• Create compelling technical solutions and proposals for task order modifications
• Drive revenue acceleration initiatives through technical enablement and adoption strategies
• Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable cloud solutions that meet mission requirements • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics to identify growth opportunities • Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex technical initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 6+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Previous experience with large IDIQ contracts and task order management
- • Knowledge of DoD mission and business requirements
- • AWS certifications ( Cloud Practitioner Solutions Architect, DevOps, or Security)
- • Experience with cloud platforms
- • Program/Project Management certifications (PMP, CCPM)
- • Demonstrated success in growing revenue within existing government contracts aligned to customer mission and business outcomes
- • Experience with FedRAMP and DoD security compliance requirements
