COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSPediatrician (PED)
- Competitive guaranteed base salary up to $275,000
- $30,000 in combined sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
- Eligible for up to $60,000 in student loan repayment through state and federal programs, including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

- Shared call coverage with three other board-certified pediatricians
- Light inpatient duties including pediatric rounding and newborn delivery attendance
- Work alongside experienced family medicine and OB/GYN teams in a supportive rural setting
