Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist - LTC
Shift:Variable Days / 8a-4:30p or 8:30a-5p, 8x4, 32 hrs per week,No Holiday or on-call requirement.
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- VA is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Must have 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist
- 2 years personal or paid exp working with the elderly
- BLS
- Cerner experience preferred
Other Details:
- No local traveler under 60 miles will be accepted
- Accepts approved declinations for Covid/Flu
This is a LTC center with possible at home visits:
Long Term Care coverage Physical Therapist will be providing services at the PACE center located in Farmville, VA and could expect to see patients in their homes depending on need 1-2 days per week most weeks will be zero home visits
