Job Summary:Ambitions ABA is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. You’ll oversee the entire therapy process, from assessment and treatment planning to staff supervision and parent collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools
Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review session notes, providing constructive feedback
Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings
Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary
Qualifications & Skills:
Active BCBA Certification (required)
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA (required)
Proficient with various assessment methods
Experience with Central Reach preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and management abilities
Passion for working with children and families
