What You’ll Do
Patient Care Coordination
- Assess residents’ healthcare need and oversee daily care.
Medication Management
- Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
Clinical Documentation
- Keep precise and up-to-date medical records for residents.
- Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
Communication & Collaboration
- Foster communication among the healthcare team, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
Resident Advocacy
- Address concerns from residents or families, working toward effective solutions.
Infection Control & Safety
- Enforce infection control protocols and ensure safety measures are met.
Quality Assurance
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed healthcare standards.
Work Schedule
This position is 32+ hours per week
Standard hours are Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or RN with a valid Michigan nursing license.
- One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
- Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
