Maintenance Associate
South Austin, TX
Pay range $18-$20 hourly
Must have a truck
Your Role
- Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc.
- Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings.
- Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks.
- Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks.
- Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must possess their own tools
- Applicants must have reliable transportation and the ability to transport materials.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Working knowledge of and ability to handle all maintenance and electrical equipment
- Ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective communication skills and well-developed problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
