Electrical RepairElectrician
Location: Canton, OH
Pay Rate: $23- $27/hr
Duration: 12 months, potential to convert
What’s the Job
- Under close supervision, inspect, test, program, service, pack and prepare for transport measurement equipment and other equipment as assigned
- Equipment can include, but is not limited to meters, instrument transformers, cluster racks, test switches, test equipment, etc
- Receive, inspect, test, adjust, clean, repair, replace parts and subassemblies of single phase and polyphase meters and make incidental calculations
- Test, adjust, repair and program all types of single phase, network and poly phase meters
- Assist in the testing and maintenance of all electronic metering equipment as well astesting load research, time of use and electronic data recorders
- Check company inventory regularly and assist in maintaining adequate stock of meters and other equipment. Participate in annual physical meter inventory
What’s Needed
- Must have a two year associate degree in electrical/electronic technology
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver license
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
