We are seeking a highly skilled Jr. Tech to join our team at Driver's Edge. As a Jr. Tech, you will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of our customers' vehicles.
Starting at: $17.00/Hr. to $20.00/Hr. Benefits: - Competitive Bi-Weekly Pay

Principal Duties and Responsibilities : - Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, such as brake and suspension problems
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Keep accurate records of all services performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain service recommendations and answer any questions they may have
Qualifications : - Possesses a general understanding of under the hood, mechanical and under carriage assemblies is preferred
- Valid Driver's license in the work State
- ASE certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Service Tech
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Conditions and Physical Demands : The
Jr. Tech will be exposed to moderate to loud noises, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and could include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on the ambient temperatures outside. The use of safety goggles or other PPE may be required when working in these conditions .
