JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and if necessary, delegating patient care to a specified group of staff. Collaborates with physicians, medical professionals and other staff to ensure the quality of care given. Provides care for the neonate, adolescent and adult patient. Utilizes knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the patient's age to ensure that care provided meets the unique, physical and psychosocial needs of the patient.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Completion of coursework of accredited nursing schoolRequired
- Minimim of 2 years of previous RN Experience Required - Experience in Labor & Delivery strongly preferred
- CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation required after hire
- RN - Registered Nurse required
