Base salary:
| Pay Range $313,995.53 to $502,392.85 |
- Yearly performance-based pay Increases up to 7%
- Relocation - $30,000 + as needed.
- Sign on-10%-15% of base salary - negotiable
- Retention - 10%of annual salary at 2-year mark
- Educational assistance: ISH, NHSC, AK Sharp Program
- PTO: 6.5 weeks annually+ 400 hours may be carried over/or payout of not used.
- PLUS: 13 Paid holidays
- CME: $5K + 5 Days
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, 401K, - 4% match, 4% discretionary after two years of employment, 457(b) Deferred Compensation +Disability

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILSPsychiatry (PSY)
- 50% Clinical / 50% Administrative (Time will be adjusted to provider’s needs)
- M-F 8-hour days
- No after hours
- Clinical oversight of: Outpatient Services, Intensive Case Management Services, Clubhouse Services, Youth residential Services, and Women’s Substance Use Residential Services
- Integrating Psychiatry into current and expanded Intensive Case Management Programs, Enhancing Nurse Case Management incorporation into all programming. Supporting development/Identification of EHR.
