Responsibilities:Provide primary care to patients, including physical examinations, disease diagnosis and treatment, and preventive health services.Interpret patient information and make critical decisions about needed actions.Collaborate with physicians and nurses to form a high performing medical team.Order and interpret diagnostic tests and explain the results to patients.Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.Counsel and educate patients about preventive measures to avoid illness.Coordinate patient care or refer patients to appropriate specialists.Ensure patient records are kept up to date including test results, immunizations, condition changes, etc.Follow all established nursing standards and protocols.on call requirements, weekend requirement
