This is a permanent, work from home position for a managed IT service company providing IT support for local businesses. However, you MUST be local to the Dallas / Ft. Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years' experience working for another MSP, and a minimum of 5 years of hands on IT support experience.As an IT Support Technician, you will be required to resolve computer, network and server technical issues by phone, remote, and onsite. This is a full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm).
