Scheduling
- Developandmaintainbaselinescheduleswithlogicalsequencing.
- Trackdelays,float,andupdateschedulestoreflectactualprogress.
- Collaboratewithsuperintendentsandfacilitatepullplanningsessions.
Procurement
- Leadprojectbuyoutandsubcontractornegotiations.
- Ensuretimelysubmittals,materialreleases,andprocurementlogupdates.
- Managedirectreportstosupportprocurementexecution.

Qualifications
- 4+yearsofconstructionprojectmanagementexperienceoncommercialconstructionprojects
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science, construction management, or similar related field
