Customer Service Representative CSR

Insurance Branch is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Belleville, Illinois team. This position will assist law firm clients by explaining Medicare eligibility due to a disability. This person will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism and providing great customer experience to all customers, while consistently meeting and/or exceeding monthly goals.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone presentation and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Computer software skills (Word, Excel, and Internet skills)
• Professional client relationship skills through questioning and rapport building
• Prefer BA/BS; High School Diploma required
• Full time, 40 hour work week. Typical schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
• Fluency in English required, fluency in Spanish is a plus
