Culinary Tech
Cincinnati, OH | 6-month contract | Days | $28-31hr.
As culinary technologist at Givaudan you will become an important part of the culinary team and assist in the development and production of concepts for our customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with culinary to support where needed
- Assist in development and production of gold standards and flavor-based concepts
- Learn and understand how to properly use portfolio of ingredients
- Help with culinary ideations for marketing and customer presentations
- Work with cross-functional partners including but not limited to sales, marketing, savory, sweet goods and beverage
Qualifications for this role
- Culinary degree or 2+years back of house culinary experience (restaurant or corporate dining) R&D experience a plus
- Strong understanding of techniques, ingredients and cuisines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Effective communication skills
- Willing to learn and take direction
