SUMMARY:

Project Managers work hand in hand with our Sales Team to help coordinate orders, production and delivery of project materials. This position requires planning, execution, monitoring various projects and final closure of projects. A Project Manager requires great customer service, organizational and time-management skills. He / She will be requisitioning required purchases for given projects. The Project Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively communicating with customers and fellow team members. Obtain project schedules, specifications and requirements, so we can assure their projects are on schedule.

Maintain production schedules on projects and update customers daily/weekly

Properly plan shop resources to meet the customer’s expectations.

Proficient use of time management to coordinate multiple projects.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries between customers and our shop.

Efficient use of software to properly create schedules, Bill of Materials, Invoices, etc.

Creating requisitions for the purchasing of materials for all projects under their control.

Acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring communication with team members and

Track and report project performance against predefined metrics, taking corrective actions if necessary to ensure the project is up to date and project documentation is accurately recorded.
