Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.61 per hour Shift: 1st- 4:00 AM-2:00 PM Monday- Thursday Why you should apply:

What’s a typical- You’ll be:
  • Handling heavy lifting tasks (up to 70 pounds) and meeting the physical requirements of the job
  • Performing assembly duties, including glue assembly, bagger operation, and foam dispensing
  • Shooting foam into molds, tucking and trimming, lining molds with film, and de-molding products
  • Placing finished products in bins for secondary processing and maintaining mold cleanliness for quality assurance
  • Identifying and rectifying discrepancies or defects in the assembly process
  • Documenting assembly processes, test results, and quality issues
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including practicing 6S principles
  • Recording production data daily and assisting in the training of less qualified employees
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
  • Possess1-2 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Have basic electrical or mechanical experience (required)
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, strong communication, listening skills, high energy, and integrity
  • Are able to effectively communicate and work well within a team
