We are hiring 5 Junior Project Managers to support large-scale data center and heavy industrial construction projects valued at $150 million to $1 billion.
This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity for construction professionals with EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, or heavy industrial experience looking to grow their careers in the booming data center industry.
Data center experience is preferred, NOT required!
What You'll Do
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field construction teams.
- Track project costs, expenses, schedules, and progress.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Review construction drawings and specifications.
- Assist with estimating, billing, and cost tracking.
- Participate in client and contractor meetings.
- Help resolve construction issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of construction project management or project engineering experience.
- Background in EPC, oil and gas, petrochemical, heavy industrial, or data center construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, and project budgets.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and scheduling.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to travel approximately 70% nationwide and work 60+ hours weekly.
